Like always demons and angels hate each other.  But they have one thing in common Every angel and demon gets a spirit guardian at the age of 17.  Each get a marking to show they belong together.  But fate chose for a new scenario to watch and laugh at. 

Kira was a normal demon till she turned 17. Then everything starts changing.

They usually keep to themselves, it is very rare to see them outside of their world. Robot- 900 years old, the fallen souls are robots, they cannot think of themselves, they are controlled by the council. The council tells them what to do. They have no wings or weapons.
