When Equestria's safety is threatened by the dark forces of Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, and Tirek, Princess Celestia enlists Twilight Sparkle and her friends to aid in the protection of Equestria. But with the Elements of Harmony back in the Tree of Harmony, a new source must be used to keep the enemy at bay: The Elements of Wilderness. Also known as the other Elements of Harmony. This powerful force includes the elements of fire, water, air, nature, earth and ice. They have the power to stop whatever might be threatening Equestria. With the Elements of Harmony out of the picture, they may be their last hope.
But who will be the mares and colts that will wield these elements? Will the bearers of these elements be located in time? And will they be able to work together to rid Equestria of the three villains and save the world from a terrible fate?
IMPORTANT NOTE: This fanfic takes place before the changelings were reformed. And I don't own mlp:fim or its characters. I only own my ocs and this plot. Also, unless specified I don't claim ownership to the pictures I use for each chapter.

When they meet with the other princesses, Celestia notices how tired Twilight and her friends look after their journey and sends all eight of them off to bed. Later that night, a cloaked unicorn sneaks into the castle and steals Twilight's crown. The next morning, Princess Celestia identifies the thief as Sunset Shimmer, her former student. The princesses explain that the mirror from which Sunset Shimmer escaped is a gateway to an alternate world and task Twilight with going into this other world to retrieve her crown. However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna.
