At the age of six Ela's whole family was murdered before her eyes because her parents refused to give up a child to go to the governments Biological Weapons Testing Programme (BWTP). Ela was then kidnapped by them and forced into the experiment that was meant to kill her; instead, she survived and was brainwashed so that more tests could be carried out on her and her unusually strong immunity system. Ela escaped the prison with the help of Isaac, another test subject. Together they fight for survival and try to expose their governments dark secrets.
