10,000 years ago the Valar and Earendil decided to send star children down to middle-earth to course-correct the events that are to come to pass. These stars were to live with the elves and aid them with the gifts that were bestowed on them.
Please Note that i do not own The Hobbit...all credit goes to the great Tolkein and Peter Jackson as well. Anything that you don't recognize is mine though...Enjoy!

Unexpected friends (Legolas x reader)
When Y/N daughter of Elrond gets a letter from Gandalf, she goes for a quest to the shire. There she meets 13 dwarves and a hobbit. They become unexpectedly great friends. They travel towards the mountain. Even though the company and Y/N are great friends, no one really knows who she actually is. Will they know who Y/N actually is? Who is Y/N's fiancé? Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings
This story is using characters and places from both the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings universes. If you know either 1 or neither of these stories this will probably not make any sense to you though you might still enjoy it. Further more please bare in mind my spelling punctuation and grammar is not the best so please excuse it. Finally if you enjoy it please let me know so I know to make more. For these stories I am not including 19 years later or by extention the curse child. I also tweaked some of the lord of the rings universe to suite the story. I don't have the time to list all of them but you should probably know the significant ones: Frodo was now 13 at the beginning of the events of the lord of the rings rather than 50 and he went to the undying lands when he was 14. Hobbits can now be of magical blood. Half-Blood, Pure-Blood, Muggle-Born and Squib. Sam, Merry, Pippin and Rosie are now all the same age as Frodo. Middle Earth is east of America and South West of UK. All people's of Middle Earth of magic born are sent to Hogwarts as geograficaly it is closest. Hobbits are slightly taller than they were before as otherwise it would be a little odd. And some other things I changed from Harry Potter are: Their is a wizarding university now. Harry and Frodo's parents were friends as they also went to hogwarts. Voldemort and Bellatrix were never a thing so no Delphini. Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw were a thing when they were alive. (significant later in the story) I also invented new characters for this story. The four towers guarding over the inner ring of the massive stronghold were the first thing travelers would see when riding up to the Grey city of Valier. It is held by an immortal race of men. These men, despite them not being bound to the fate of mortality, were not remotely similar to elves in their appearance. They were created by Manwë, Ulmo and Melkor on accident when their enourmous energies crashed, fused and birthed from bare rock, water, fire and air a living, breathing creature. Their appearance and temper was a reminder of their creation. Isolated from the folks of middleearth they lived a life amongst their own, hailing their creators and the Iluvatár as their highest gods. They were the only folk that still spoke the name of the forsaken Valar with worship in their hearts. I do not claim any ownership of the Lord of the Rings franchise. Another Lord of the Ring's fanfic. Well, it's more like a hobbit fanfic, but Aragon and Gimli are there as well. This might be out there but I'm doing it. Please don't hate me. An elf rises to power and is aligned with Sauron. One elf that came from the woodland haven of Mirkwood. One that was cast out as a teenager when a child was only a mere baby. For this elf, Malachi, is the first-born son of Thranduil but he was cast out into the darkness. Malachi is the older brother of Legolas, and wants revenge, but more importantly wants his younger brother to join him. He will bring about a new age of darkness even greater than Sauron's.Complete
