Steve Rogers never wanted it to be like this.
All he knew was when he was just 12 years old, an organization called SHIELD fell and another one called HYDRA took over. Steve soon realized to defeat the demons on earth, you have to become one yourself.
What he did not expect, upon arriving on at HYDRA Training Academy, was the realization that his Captain-the notorious Winter Soldier, was his soulmate. He had been marked since the age of 7 but had never truly believed he'd meet the famous "Bucky Barnes." If only Bucky still had his mark so Steve could be sure.
Against the odds, Steve is recruited by a new and improved SHIELD and becomes a double agent. What will win: love or morals?
