Not everything is as it seems in Clara Collin's life. Well, she seems to be your typical nerd, she is excellent at mathematics and language, and is terrible at sports, more specifically: she is completely unable to swim. That's what it seems she was trying to tell Liam Walters as he carried her down the dock of an allegedly cursed lake, with the intention of giving her a good scare and forcing Clara to endure the bus ride back to school sopping wet. 

But what he didn't intend was for Clara to die in that water.

I was already his slave but maybe there was something else that he could do that my innocent mind just couldn't conjure because I wasn't anything like him. I held my humanity close to me as if it would save me in the long run. I refused to be anything like my tormentors and I kept as true to myself as I could. He turned his body towards mine and I could see he was smirking at me but I got a bad feeling. "I would fuck you as hard as I possibly could and then I would kill you. You don't deserve to be a part of this pack but we need slaves just like any other. You truly disgust me and I hope that whoever your mate is rejects you. You're a sorry excuse for a she-wolf."

I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil!
