Diary of Indigo Tears is a collection of prose, excerpts and short poems for colored girls. About love,depression and struggles of a teen. Teaching, acceptance and self preservation. The book opposes to racism in an attempt to help black people accept and love themselves, however the book speaks on all aspects of life relatable to all ethnicity.

A love journal. A journal that talks about overcoming heartbreak. A journal that has fragments and thoughts of what it felt like loving Him. I wrote this because I know how heartbreak feels and I know that sometimes, we just want to die. I started writing this when I was in love and even though I don't love him anymore, I still haven't finished writing. Hope I can make you see how I felt and how I get better every day. The Diary follows the life of James Mathew, through his eyes, and as he sees it. The story proceeds in an orthodox fashion involving the use of flash stories and poetry. Various characters are brought to light through entries made in the diary about them. As James experiences the very many colors of life, the twists and turns will surely make you wonder what might happen next as you judge the decisions made by James, a suicidal boy from a town unknown.Complete
