This is a crossover. Stiles's father dies in season 5 after Theo attacked him. Not able to handle his father's death, Scott's abandonment, and Lydia ignoring him for Jackson, who comes back from London, he graduates early and leaves Beacon Hills. He got accepted into Northwestern for Criminology and Law.
Sergeant Platt is Claudia's sister. She decides to take care of Stiles until he graduates. Just when life got easy, it seems to get even harder.

"Em, tell him that just because I'm a vampire that getting shot still causes me pain!" She pursed her lips, "Stiles, I've never been more tempted to hit you than right now."
