Ophelia is a witch, although she does not use her powers because of the events of seven years ago. One night, she has a strange dream in which she finds herself at the scene of a ritual murder. From then on, she is the prime suspect in the case, so Detective Darren Harper is always on her tail.
They soon realise that it's better to work together to solve the crime. Meanwhile, a forgotten figure from her past comes forward and turns her life upside down.
