In a world where every soulmate has a number tattooed to their skin at the age of fifteen, your expected to find the love of your life before you reach the age of 20. If you don't then your soulmate is presumed dead.

However the system is twisted. When you meet your soulmate, the number begins to fade. You don't notice it at first, it's impossible to do so. But you have to recognise who your soulmate is before it fades out, or you both die.
