"That's the thing. Promises are supposed to be kept and you should've known that before you promise what you can't keep"

"But I did keep my promise", Zayn quietly argued, his eyes focused on the ground.

A sigh escaped her lips.

"Can't you just accept that i'm happy now? I've moved on and you should do that too"

He looked up, her usually sparkly eyes seemed empty, not like he had remembered them in her happy days, more like the day he had left her.

"I kept my promise"
