Leilani "Lani" Mahelona is just a seventeen year old girl from Hawaii. She lives with her mom and twin brother. Her best friend practically lives next door, and the beach is her backyard, so, naturally, surfing is her passion.

One day when Leilani is out surfing, a wave comes out of nowhere and knocks her off her board. When she wakes up she is in a hospital bed, and some guy is kissing her. 

Now, she has powers she can't explain that get her in loads of trouble, and everyone thinks she's a lunatic. But when that same guy shows up asking for help and telling her she's the key to saving the world, Leilani has no choice but to help. Before she knows it, she's on this crazy journey in this world she never even knew existed, facing things she never dreamed she'd face again.All Rights Reserved
