Mark and Keira are in a long-distance relationship with 0 to none chances of seeing each other in person until they get out of high school. 

Keira faces depression, anxiety, trust issues, and abandonment issues. They both have absolutely no confidence about their body and suffer from self-harm. Mark is always there to cheer her up and her for him. These difficulties just seem to make their relationship stronger.
