✏Emily is een gewoon meisje dat een hekel heeft aan school. Maar wanneer ze ontdekt dat haar oma een magisch potlood bezat dat zij geërfd heeft, verandert haar leven volledig. Zo ontdekt ze dat haar buurman eigenlijk haar (oud)oom is en dat Leon (de kleinzoon van Emily's oom) dan dus haar neef is.
Het magische potlood zorgt ervoor dat alle tekeningen die je met dit potlood maakt in werkelijkheid wordt gebracht. Zo ontwerpt Emily een baljurk waarmee ze naar de Glata mag. Dat is een groot gemaskerd feest/bal om je ware liefde te ontmoeten en nieuwe vrienden te maken. Wat er gaat gebeuren op de Glata? Je komt het alleen te weten door dit boek te lezen!✏😄
