It's been a few weeks after the Civil War between "Team Cap" and "Team Stark". The Avengers are no longer together.

Steve Rogers is running away with Bucky Barnes to keep him safe, as they are both wanted men.

Tony Stark, the Government and the rest of "Team Stark" are trying to hunt down Rogers and Barnes. However, one member of "Team Stark", Natasha Romanoff, is secretly helping them.
