Self Care has been a crucial part of caring for one's mental health for many decades but only a certain number of citizens of society are practicing them! The rest continue to be stubborn, closed-minded and blind to the invisible illness epidemic and what real harm they are doing to the world!

They say they want the suicide rate to decrease but don't actually do anything to contribute to that result! Does that make any sense?

Anyway, this book is here to inspire, encourage, uplift those who need it! Found this project created by: selfcareposters on Tumblr where she made self Care posters for 100 days and was 1/3 into her 2nd batch and stopped to focus on her education into Clinical Mental Health part was from her project, and the other was her mental condition: depression!

Holding On To Heartache

14 parts Complete Mature

Louis is tiered of life. His demons from the past won't let him rest and he's a loner. Nothing worth living for. But then he meets Harry, a bundle of sunshine and slowly the darkness in his life fades away. ---------------------------- The trauma I'm describing in this story is not made up. I researched it to keep the story as real as possible.
