We have all been there. Stuck in a situation where you can only choose one thing or the other. Some people go for whatever they want and others go for what others want instead. It is reasonable to choose either choice, but which choice would you choose? Tom was your average "bad boy" of his high school. He was smart and sexy. Every girl thought so and he knew it. He could get anything he wanted because he knew what others wanted. There is going to be someone who is going to challenge him. If there wasn't there would be no story plot. Meet Alyssa. She is the challenge. She just doesn't know it yet. Alyssa is the school's "average girl." She is supposedly average but she is indecisive. She doesn't know exactly what she wants. Tom wants Alyssa, so this is trouble for Tom because he thinks everyone should want something. Alyssa just doesn't know, yet.
