Kellee was born to two loving parents in a small town. The family couldn't be more happy. Then tragedy struck when Kellee was 10, her parents died in a horrific car accident. Kellee was tossed around from foster home to foster home. Finally when she was 13 her loving single foster mom decided to adopt her. Her adoptive mom tried to get Kellee to open up about her past. But for Kellee this was too painful. Unable to deal with this pain and open up Kellee began to restrict food. Anorexia was a way for Kellee to control something in her life, her weight. Since Kellee felt that she lacked control this was how she got it. Then Kellee meets her English teacher Ms. Amanda and her motives change. She sees that maybe someone really does care about her and loves her. Just when she begins to open up and get help, something tragic happens. And Kellee must decide if she is going to get better or will she die from this vicious disease.

This is the edited version of my book The Weight Game that I wrote when I was 13-15. Aubrey has always been the ultimate target for bullies at her school. All she wants is to be good enough for once in her life. What happens when she goes online and finds a website called 'the weight game' where it teaches people quick ways to shed weight? and she takes the tips that tell her to fast, and purge? Never put someone down, because it will never help you reach the top. And never call a person fat, because you never know what they will do in order to prove you wrong.
