The people of Haven enjoy safety from the outside world... but of course they haven't always been there. The Enhanced endure many hardships in the outside world, and those who now dwell at Haven know these hardships all too well...
This is a tie-in to my story Haven, and will feature glimpses at the lives of some of the characters before the events of Haven. These won't be in any particular order or tie into each other much, it'll basically be a collection of short stories involving my Haven characters.

I am not your typical 16 year-old girl going around obsessing over boy bands and clothes, I can't obsess over those things on a daily when everyday I'm in fear that the government will take me in. I have superpowers. Not the superpowers like fake magic, real superpowers. Everyone would do absolutely anything to be me. But, I would trade my life with yours cause' I hate having this fear everyday. People fear me though. They're afraid that I'll hurt them, but would never hurt a soul. I believe that everyone is important in this world and can make a big difference unlike me. Telling somebody their a "nobody", "nothing" or "worthless" is something I would never do. I am different than anyone off the street. I have now been put in a spot that I have to fix by myself or the whole country could be in danger. It doesn't make sense. How is any of it possible? Where does the plot line link? Why care about some random teen aliens? Oh, God, why does it get dark so fast?
