"I don't want to live any more mom don't you get that?!" I exclaimed, tears streaming down my face.
"Cora please don't do this, think of what you're doing to me and your brother! Think of what will happen if Alec found out you were no longer alive! Please just think about this!" Mom responded with tears streaming down her face, while her hand reached out for mine
"I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry" I sobbed, walking closer to feel the warmth of her hug.
"It's ok baby girl, it's okay." Mom whispered softly with me in her arms.
Cora was a normal high school girl, who would go to parties, and hang out with her friends. But that all changed, when she was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer just like her father had. After Cora's mom eard about the news, she only let Cora go to school and back home, and she became a very overprotective parent. But it all changes when she meets this guy named Alec Parker.
Alec Parker is the bad boy at school, and every girl will fall to their knees to be with him. Some people say that he used to be in a gang, but people will never know the truth with his dark and cold presence that runs through out the halls of Firrhill.
