I should probably explain who Vincent is, LOLOL. He is my current oc, and probably my only active one, woops xd He is a senior in high school, so he's like 17, I think? LOL He is also a sniper who works in the field of assassination for a living. He has powers; Telekinesis & Time Manipulation. More desc. of him in the story :DD
Telekinesis- the supposed ability to move objects at a distance by mental power or other nonphysical means.
Time Manipulation- basically, you literally manipulate time.
