Charlotte,who likes to go by Charlie,is the younger sister of Rachel Dawes. Ever since they were kids,Charlie has been secretly in love with Bruce. The only one that knows is Alfred. She's always taken care of Bruce and does her part in his team. She found out about him being BatMan before her sister did. Bruce never looked at Charlie the way she wanted him to. Considering he's 6 years older than her,she never blamed him,but they're not children anymore and Charlie is tired of seeing him sulk over her sister. But even BatGirl gets scared and nervous sometimes. Also the fact that Charlie has never really fit in with anyone besides Bruce. They've always been best friends,but will that change when The Joker comes into the picture? When he sees how different and unique she is. Then causing Bruce to realize his feelings for her. She might just give Harley and Rachel a run for their money.
