Rachel, Rachel Manroe has been in Grade 11 ever since she can remember, she has been best friends with Audrey Cooper ever since she can remeber, she has lived in Manhattan ever since she can remember, her parents have had problems getting along for as long as she can remember and she has dreamed of having the perfect boy for as long as she can remember.......The school year is about to end within a week when they get a new student, Jersey, Jersey Stevens, who happens to be Rachel's friend from when they were little but were aparted.
