Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. A collection of late night thoughts, from spills of emotion to 3am moods. Including childhood poems, Letters I never got to send, Lyrics I can't sing aloud, And miscellaneous quotes and fragments from yet to be published stories. A Weight off My Mind - Time to Live by HazelUrquhart

Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now.
