A young girl called Jony finds herself falling into an undetected hole in the center of London. She arrives in another world completely were a civilization of extra terrestrials named the Embroyd live. They treat her kindly and with respect and bring her to another one of her kind that tells her that the only way to escape this dimension is to steal the universe key. This should be an easy task, since they have been so nice to her, but under the mask of kindness are ruthless monsters with no shame. So when she is caught trying to steal the universe key, trouble comes her way...

People like Kai Gilling have flocked to the desert (once known as the American West) in hopes of finding a better life. After picking up a pair of siblings, the three come across a strange woman who claims to have a map to Arcadia, an urban legend rumored to be the only city thriving in the wreckage of the old world. Will they keep their hearts set on an oasis in the desert--even if it's just a mirage? Or will they be tempted by something else
