Pixie Wars

47 years ago, humans have discovered a creature with immense power. We called them Pixies. Many wanted to make them a weapon. Many wanted to protect the Pixies. In order to keep track of Pixies as well as learn what can be learned about them, the Directory of Governance created an official "game" by using Pixies to fight. It had been tested with great difficulty and became official 8 years later. It took 10 more years before they had fully created the rules because it was difficult to control Pixies as they only followed humans that they were close to. Then it took a great deal longer to get those rules to the public.
