About 300 years ago, in Louisiana, a 17 year-old girl named Ekaterina Libra, was bitten by a strange creature and was turned into a blood-thirsty vampire. After 80 years of kiling humans, under her teenage girl cover, she meets a Vikram and Elisabeth. They immediately match and become friends. Two years later, Vikram is struck by a deadly disease and Ekaterina turns him into a vampire, so that he wouldn't die. She makes him forget she did that and in a hurry she abandones her friends and seeks a new identity in California.. Where are the three of them in this century?
