Her Secret

Ali thought that everyone knew- knew her secret. What had happened to her mother, how it had happened, and how it was all Ali's fault.
As it turned out, there was at least one person in the school who had no idea what her name even was- Michael Winters, captain of the football team and school heartthrob. As cliche as it seemed, she met him in the oddest of ways- washing ketchup off of her Calculous book.
Little does Ali know that he has a secret of his own.
