My life can be boring at times, I mean, my dads job consists of playing with dolls...gay much? meh, well there is good things about dad being a ventriloquist and that's his friendship with Mr. Haner. Mr. Haner has two really cute sons...and they both fell for me....

Following the death of his mentally impaired sister, Lucas Blake sinks into deep depression. Each day that passes feels like an eternal emptiness until he finally decides to end his life. He runs to a hill near his house with a single tree on top, desiring to kill himself. But then he meets her. I wrote this story for a creative writing class my senior year of high school. Its tone and themes are supposed to emulate John Green in their sadness and maturity. Of course, having never read a book by John Green, I have no idea how well (or even if) I pulled this off. In any case, I hope you cry.
