Jenny Summers has always dreamed of being an English teacher. Orphaned at a young age, she always was able to find something to write about when she was growing up. She is finally ready to start her mandatory student teaching at Fairbanks High School, where her legal guardian, Glenda, has taught for years. Her goal is to teach at Fairbanks High someday, so she really has to make her mark on the school. When she meets Colin Dallas, basketball hotshot and your stereotypical popular high school guy, sparks fly instantly. Both in denial about their chemistry, fate finds ways to bring them together just so that when they think they've forgotten about each other, the thought comes back to haunt them. Sometimes, people find the right love at the wrong time. Will there ever be a right time for Jenny and Colin?
