There will be "talking" kaiju, however they don't physically speak to humans, rather its an insight into their thoughts/feelings.

The battle for The Houtua's Kingdom Island is soon ravaged with Betrayal, Tragedy, and Drama for within the ultimately resulting in the exiles of all madness as everyone will be gathered around together as heroes from villains from across this island to help save the queen's home. Will the power of The Star-Cross'd Lovers' passion will be stronger enough and brighter enough to withstand the evil forces that will try to take over and invade The Star-Cross'd Lovers' dreams?
