Let me just start this by saying that we don't live in the world you think we do. In your eyes you see only half of what is the actual reality.
Weird right?
Let me break it down.
•Magic is kind of a big deal where I come from, and so is the alternate universe.
•In this case, the 'alternate universe' consists of rebel magicians who want to expose normal mortals (like you) to the dangers of the real world.
•Your mortal world is protected by a barrier called the unseen, which basically protects those who don't have 'The sight' to see all of the, how do you say this nicely.... paranormal activity happening behind the scenes.
•A magicians job is to provide protection to mortals from all of the dangers that might escape from the unseen.
At least that's what we all believed.....
