Book 1 In The Children Of Laquania Series
Years Before Christ, our world isn't what it was made out to be. The God we thought was our ultimate creator is merely a scientist who's invention of the 'Human' is dubbed an accident. Genesis Adam and Eve are born into an earth that wasn't fit for beings like them. Earth is inhabited by a race of giants who call themselves the Laquanians. Dinosaurs replace dogs, and the animals we consider normal today would come into existence many centuries later. Humans aren't meant to be a part of this world, and are quickly moved to the bottom of the hierarchy, destined to be bred as pets for the dominant Laquanian race.
Colton was born in a breeding facility, only to be whisked away into the Pet Institute where he'd spend the next fourteen years of his life. Life as a human in a world of giants is tough, and when he's sent to a local pet shop for adoption, Colton doesn't expect a loving, caring owner.
Axel was a pet once, but after escaping at a young age with the help of The Human Resistance, he's quick to find his place in the world. But haunted with the pain and regret of his past, he's clouded with memories that never fail to leave him. And when he comes across the famous Genesis Adam while searching the laboratory of Godpheus Mathews for new recruits, his problems are only doubled.
But there's something deeper lurking beneath everything. Poison that threatens to destroy the Laquanian race surfaces, and the giants have no choice but to act before they're wiped out. Godpheus Mathews has tampered with the very building blocks of life, and a force greater than anything ever encountered is after him.
Can the human race assume its rightful place as earth's sole inhabitants?
Or will the advantage of size and power destroy them all?

(This is basically completed. But I'll go back to fix the Grammer and add another ending when I have the time) you end up trapped in a different world than your own. a world where paranormal entities shouldn't exist. a place where you could become one yourself. being a human has it's perks and a lot of downgrades, some were once human and try to help you out, others find you cute and others want to consume you, to have you for themselves. you wake up confused, all there was were concrete walls and multiple doors and hallways. you want to escape but the "people" here speak a different language that's hard to understand. luckily you make companion's on the way who teach you their language but also helps you. but the longer you stay here, the less human you are. you start to forget who you were. what life was like. will you find a way out, or will you choose your companions instead? (Will there be smut? Yes.) (Preferably this is mostly a Mr. Crawling/reader, but I'm MORE than willing to make different routes for each character.) (has gore, death, blood. this also has multiple endings.) (All text was transferred from google docs; none was stolen.) This story is inspired by the video game Detroit: Become Human. All credit goes to the producers of it, and I am not trying to steal any of their content from the game. About: Elias; a 16 year old boy is exploring an abandoned science lab with his friend when he comes across a time machine. He doesn't think it works, and steps inside. He is sucked into the future where the world has completely changed. He stepped out, revealing he was now in a new year: winter in 2038. Luckily, it was closed, and he went to find help. He came across Vincent, an android, who helps him explore the world in the future, and attempts to help Elias get back to 2022. However, there are obstacles. Some androids had developed a mind to kill each other. But Elias helps Vince survive, while Vince helps Elias travel back. Elias develops a close connection with Vince, and wants to stay with him in the future even though it is dangerous. He doesn't want to leave Vince in the world, but can't bring him back with him in the past since there are parts on Vince that aren't invented and will disintegrate. They need to figure something out, but what? Read on to find out... Notice: This story contains mentions of heavy violence, light gore, fear, suicide, and bugs. It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. Later, I searched for the first "God word" that corresponded with specific numbers through the transcripts, and I discovered connections to related verses across 12 major global religions, smaller religions, indigenous beliefs, new religious movements, denominations, and sects which you will find them in the book. But here's the truth: everyone is capable of understanding-once they reach the right intellectual and spiritual evolution. I assume you've decided to stay.
