For three months, this killer, cleverly nicknamed "Happyface" has been kidnapping and killing people, before stitching their eyes and mouths open, painting on unrealistic faces, giving them a happy face.
Now, with his latest victim, 28 year old David Horeds, it seems he's stepping up his game, becoming bolder with his killings. Times running out for a kidnapped victim, she's already lost a finger, and maybe, her life soon.
