A spaceship crashes on a deserted planet. Fourteen survivors. An alien virus that transforms humans into homicidal alien beings. As banal as that sounds, Jack isn't about to rule it out...especially after the mysterious death of the first survivor. Thirteen is a bad number.

Not all humans were affected, but the ones that was either got powers or dead. Some who got powers became insane and started killing, they have been labeled has Outer Ones and the very few who didn't became Outer Ones became Breakers and the Breakers have taken it upon themselves to stop the Outer Ones, but don't call them heroes.
