Gabbe and her brother, Royce, are different from everyone in there family. While they are related by blood to each other, they relate in no way but official papers to the people who have been called there parents for so long. When tey realize they are different, they flee together, in search of others, to explain what was happening, and in hope that they would be united with there real parents. They run into a few problems on the way, and stop a few places, before finding what they realized they had been looking for, though not what they had expected.
