When Sunflower has 4 kits with Cloudstorm, they become strong apprentices. Stormpaw has a crush on an older apprentice named Dewpaw. The apprentices all get along well.
A great battle comes from the other side of the border. Many cats are lost, including someone important to the 4 kits. Stormpaw and his siblings vow to get revenge on the murderers.
