Story starts in 1982

She wasn't quite sure what lead her to this town. Thinking back on her life so far, just one small change could have changed everything. If she had never met Fiddleford, she wouldn't be here. If he hadn't convinced her to go to college, she might not be here.

It would have been nice if the portal hadn't scarred her best friend, though. This is the first time she's seen him since he stormed out almost a year ago. She hadn't seen Stanford since then, either. Maybe she outta go yell at him.

After all, it is his fault for building the dumb thing...
