"The stars... And stripes...are big... And bright...deep in... The.. Heart...of Texas".


One summer.  June to August. That's what she promised, she would use that summer to get away from her past.  She would go out of her box,  have fun, and live life 'Chicago style' as her friend put it. That meant learning her way around not just the city,  but organizing her messy life. Would she leave after the summer or would she find a reason to stay? Would she miss her country roots or adapt to the city life?
