She thinks it's normal its winter, birds migrate , but once everyone starts acting weirdly she can't help but tie them together. One morning Ellie hears the innocent chirping of the birds and goes to find them. But what she did find was definitely not birds and most certainly not a pleasant surprise to say the least.
