Steve Harrington was driving along the empty road, music blasting while bobbing his head and tapping his hands against the steering wheel to the beat. The sky was empty showcasing the bright stars that contrasted against the darkness. A shadow figure appeared in his peripheral vision and collapsed to the ground. He quickly stopped the car, leaving the head lights on and pointed to the figure and climbed out. "Hey are you alright..?" He said curiously and leaned on the open door. "Hello?" He dragged out and waved his hand as if to gain their attention. The person slowly stood, raising their hand to block the blinding white light shining at them. Blinking a few times they slowly lowered their hand and looked at him, their long matted hair falling from their face to reveal it covered in dirt. "Kid you okay?" He questioned and closed his car door carefully to not startle them. Upon further inspection he realised that it was a young girl, no older than 14 who stood in a torn hospital like gown with a thin cardigan wrapped around them. Alternative ending for stranger things, it starts at the beginning of chapter 8, season 5. It will contain a longer final battle and more deaths, deaths that will hurt. Don't read if you haven't watched the end of Stranger Things yet, or if you liked the canon ending. I personally was disappointed with the ending so I decided to write my own. And it will contain LGTBQIA+ content and some non-canon ships so if you don't want that just don't read this.
