The scp-foundation decided to test a psychopath with a scp. This scp was Scp-035. He was highly sadistic. Soon you (the reader) began to show symptoms that were unusual for a psychopath. You had shown some odd emotions towards the scp. The scientists were unsure what it was. And what the reason behind this was.

"How does one kill a phoenix? We all know this mythological bird is immortal and cannot stay 'dead'. However...If you simply dont allow it to escape...If you trap it and kill it over and over and over, then it is just as good as dead, and this...This is how we will do it. We will trap them, expose them to the serum, and treat them as a trapped phoenix...Like a lamb to the slaughter." When a group of normal, everyday citizens are kidnapped and brought into a testing facility controled by military group known as "The Legion", the current occupying force of Oppida Prima, led by a dictator-like leader, they must fight and struggle not to survive...But to escape. For when these people are exposed to a serum that, in theory, makes them "immortal and gifted", they discover one major drawback. Using this to their advantage, The Legion progresses their own twisted agenda...But who can they really trust in Oppida Prima, because every person they meet could just be another snake in the grass.

Y/N was a guard at The SCP Foundation. There was a containment breach. SCP-035 had breached containment. That's when things start to go down hill for Y/N.
