He is a British American philosopher, doctor and psychiatrist that works well with the other smurfs. Came out of nowhere, the British Parliament starts to be in disarray as the Hiddlestons and the others were not sure what happened. Decker and the Hiddlestons must take a chance to arrange the meeting while the British Parliament is in session before the Director that happens to be Decker's Step-uncle will be in charge by the next 6 months.
