Stefan was helped by a vampire and showed him another way. he traveled a lot but never stayed for long, and arrived in New York in 1889. he decided to correct his mistakes. soon he met Damon and was very happy to see him, but he reminded him that he had not forgotten that he forced him to turn and about Katherine's death. Damon cannot forget Katherine and does not want to admit that she manipulated them both, unlike Stefan who is trying to move on, although he cannot forget her, he does not want to apologize so as not to feel even more guilt. my antagonist is a vampire who called himself Jack the Ripper to scare people. their relationship is not as tense as it will be later, but it is already beginning to shake.
