It's the fall of 1938. An assassin down on his luck is given twenty dollars and a handwritten note left by a little girl with a proposition. Does he decline her request? Or does he embark on a thrilling trans-Atlantic enterprise to bring his little client the justice she seeks?

It's the summer of 1938 and Marjorie, 17, is staying in Small Pond, North Carolina with her brother and his wife. She is there for her sister's wedding with her parents. She meets a few of the locals around her age and has a short summer romance, but when she must leave for ballet school in the fall, they must see if their love will last.

Based on Tale of the Nine-tailed 1938 This will be focused on Lee Rang and an OC character who will be introduced later. The plot is similar but will be adjusted. SPOILER ALERT Lee yeon went back in time from 2020 to 1938 after something got stolen from the present world, something that was safely under the custody of the Old hag. She sent him back with his right-arm Koo Shinju and his wife Ki Yoori. The former mountain God appreciates the fact that he is able to be reunited with his younger half brother Lee Rang, who in the present time, sacrificed his life span to bring him back to life and spend it with the woman he had loved for 600 years. Lee Rang while living during 2020 also built a strong relationship with Yoori, being his loyal server, Shinju and their adopted kid Sooho. They were living together as a happy family before he chose to sacrifice himself. However they may meet someone new... notes the characters mentioned above are nine tailed foxes, not human (kumiho or gumiho (Korean: 구미호; Hanja: 九尾狐, literally "nine-tailed fox") is a creature that appears in the folktales on East Asia and legends of Korea. All explain fox spirits as being the result of great longevity or the accumulation of energy, said to be foxes who have lived for a thousand years, and give them the power of shapeshifting). Lee Yeon was a God and used to rule the spirits of nature, but he came down to earth to meet his human lover. Lee Rang is half fox (father) and half human (mother) who lives a long life by stealing years of life from other people through shamanism The brothers have a love-hate relationship: meanwhile Yeon, the oldest is grateful to his brother and cares about him like a father figure, Rang claims that he abandoned him multiple times, therefore he grew up being the tough guy. at the time of the story (1938) he's the boss of a bandit gang.

Princess Frederike ( Frederica in English ) of Hanover never expected herself to end up anywhere at all, as a princess of the deposed Hanoverian royal family. Her paternal great grandfather, George V of Hanover was the last king of Hanover, and the first cousin of her maternal great great grandmother, Queen Victoria of England. Her family had to render in Austria. Her life takes a turn when she was only ten ( 1927 ). The Greek royals come to visit, except for king George II of Greece, who was loathing his time in Romania. However, her maternal grand aunt Sophia, the dowager queen of Greece and her four other Irene, children came: Helen, Paul, Irene, and Katherine. Helen recently divorced Carol II of Romania, and now the current king is Helen's son, Michael ( he's only 6 ). So, it won't be wrong to call her queen mother at least! Paul is the heir presumptive to George, because George isn't having any children with his infidel wife, Elisabeth ( Carol's sister, and Michael's red aunt ). When George dies, Paul would be king. It's uncertain who'd he marry. He broke up with Nina Georgievna, his paternal first cousin. He thought American girls were preppy, but didn't really like them either. He seems like a man who's mainly focused on his passions and education, as much as he is towards his rank as crown prince. Irene is currently single...and so is Katherine. Yet, Frederica, after seeing Paul for the first time, already was heart warmed by his charm and intelligence. It was hard for her to accept that he was her uncle. However, seven years later in the wedding of the duke and duchess Of Kent in 1934, they fall in love and Paul already asks Frederica's father, the duke of Brunswick, Ernst Augustus for Frederica's hand in marriage. All of their dreams shatter when he declines Paul's offer, because Frederica was only 17, and can't be burdened to give a successor to the Greek throne that early. Will Paul and Frederica ever marry?
