So lets just say that this story is based in late 1950's (almost 1960, say about nine years before the LGBT+ community was "accepted"), maybe 1958. Really sorry about that. It's the 1950s hot rods and back street boxing was all there was in this small town. James was from the lower class part of town and Linda was part of the higher class. With James already knowing how to box. He has to fight to make sure his brother doesn't get into trouble with a street gang by street racing.
