But change is inevitable, and when Rosemary is sent away from home for a week, their dynamic shifts. Patricia is no longer the centre of Rosemary's universe, and Patricia is no longer willing to sacrifice her life for her sister's sake. But as Patricia loses her sister's trust, and Rosemary seems to get more wildly out of control, they have to decide what in their lives they hold dearest.
