Not only do the boys have to spend the whole summer on the same campus, but they have to share the same dorm. Will they become friends? Will they stay enemies? Will they become something else? Will Shawn's secret come out? Will Carlos figure himself out? What could happen to rivals in two months? Eddie sat, listening to her ramble, occasionally taking a swig straight out of the juice carton. It wasn't that he was purposely being dismissive of everything that she was saying, or even trying to ignore her. He was just... exhausted. He was exhausted, and tired of hearing her frantically trying to figure it all out. He knew that there was no point, that it was never going to make sense.
