Dear, dear diary! Dada placed the box down and called me over. The black box he called a "carrier" and the object inside he called a "puppy"! I liked the happiness that he showed when he said puppy. Was a puppy a food? Or a dance? I did a lot of dances with Mama. We did the put-on-a-shoe dance, the-eat-your-food dance and the hurry up dance. We did the hurry up dance when Dada was heating our food and when Dada would put on his shoes... Whatever a puppy was I was starting to like it!
