While she goes to Istanbul, Turkey to join help with The Red Cross. At the mission she sees an old friend Mexican American Doctor Pedro Aragon, Jr. whose grandfather was a friend of her father.

She never thought she'll have someone in her life to lean on but he became her knight in shining armour that she never asked for. She was tortured, abused yet maintained the facade of being strong and he tore down all the walls she had built around her heart. But amidst this the society stood tall like a villian. Will they be able to overcome all these hurdles? Or will they break away?
